Jeewan Utthan NGO was established in 2002 and is run by passionate and enthusiastic social workers, striving to raise community awareness on personal health, education and social problems.
The Bal Griha (orphanage) is run by Jewan Utthan, caring for orphaned children from remote areas of the country. Ranging from the ages of 3-12.
Located in Kathmandu, Nepal the orphanage currently homes up to 25 children, from different castes, classes, religions and backgrounds.
